Hi! I am looking to buy a property in Financial District. Can anyone give me insights regarding which residential projects offer the best value for money in terms of location?

Hello , Acc to most of the sites there are 4 top builders in Aparna, Rajpushpa, MyHome and Prestige and various new builders with good history in other states so if you are thinking of investing i suggest look for individual groups data.

My friend bought a house in Aparna cyberscape and said company concealed the existence of an operational public graveyard adjacent to the property, which became apparent only after construction was completed. So, I don't trust on there projections anymore

Maintenance Charges is one of the common hidden cost but other than that there are Move-In charges in some properties which shocked me as i moved from Noida to Hyderabad.

I have not invested in it but it certainly has great reviews, the only concern has been about pricing. Also the site- work is quite impresive so personally, if you’re okay with the price point, it’s definitely worth considering.

The area has seen a tremendous investment from IT parks like Google office coming to Hyderabad , i think this is the major reason.

I think the demand for flats after COVID hiked leading to huge appreciation, not sure about the reason for demand hike.
